My experience with Karen Peerless was as painless and stress free as purchasing a new home can be.  I had no idea how much was involved when you buy and sell simultaneously.  There were a multitude of issues that could have stopped the process in its tracks, if not for Karen's relentless attention to detail.

Karen Peerless was very instrumental in helping us purchase our new home in the West Woods golfing community in Arvada, Colorado.  She was very supportive and was in constant contact with the builder as well as with the mortgage broker to make sure that our transaction was going to be completed.  Also, although we had already decided to sell our existing home without hiring a Realtor, Karen stepped in to help with any questions we had during that sale and she also attended the closing to assist us with the paperwork.  We realized how much work it is to sell a house without a Realtor and decided that we will never do that again but will hire Karen instead.

I have recommended Karen to my friends and family for their real estate needs and would hire her again if we ever decide to purchase a new home in the future.
